With the recent launch of phase III at Waterlilies, we thought it would be a good time to check in on the first two phases.
Phase I is ready for occupancy. Interior finishing and landscaping are the last things left to do.
Phase II is just getting started. Right now we're preparing the land and starting with a lot of shoring and clearing.
