Next year will be a busy year for us with several projects on the go. The next phase at Pier 27 is in the approval stages and we look forward to bringing it to market next summer. Cherry Street at Cherry and Queen's Quay is our other waterfront project. We're in discussions right now with respect to the approvals with the city and Waterfront Toronto. We're hopeful that the first phase will come to market as early as next summer or early fall.
154 Front was at the Ontario Municipal Board back in October. We're awaiting a decision and we'll move forward with the marketing at some point in the spring.
Sherbourne & Selby is quite early on in terms of approvals. This one will probably get approved late next year, so we're looking at a Q4 2013 or Q1 2014 launch.
30 Ordnance is one that we're really excited about. We're in the process of finalizing the design and preparing the market. We'd like to start selling the first phase in the spring. This one will probably be the first to launch out of all the projects we have planned.
In addition to our condominiums, we're looking into the possibility of building some rental projects. There's a huge demand for it in Toronto. We just completed a seniors' rental project at Patricia and Bathurst and we're quite pleased with how it was received, so we're considering more mid-market rentals.
As you can see, next year will bring a lot of new projects with tons of variety among them. They're at various stages of development so this will be a very busy year. Keep following our blog for all the updates and I hope to do another Sam Talks post in January. Happy holidays and all the best in 2013!
