Toronto's Waterfront is undergoing some major changes and at the core of these is our very own Pier 27 project right at the foot of Yonge Street.
One of the biggest condo sites currently under construction in the GTA, there's a LOT of work being done on a daily basis. We don't think that anyone could describe this site as boring.
We last visited the site in July and the progress that's been made since then is staggering. Check out the below photos for a taste of what's happening on site, and we have all of the latest photos on Facebook.
All of the underground forming construction is scheduled to be completed by the end of the year.
There is a whole lot of concrete to be poured. Building B1 is up to the 3rd floor, with building B2 currently at the second floor. Still a long way to go!

With 4 cranes on site, there are multiple teams working all over the site.
Work will be starting on closing B1 in the coming weeks in anticiaption of the cold months ahead of us.
It's all hands on deck at the moment and work is continuing on pace.
