The first time we visited the Aria site in North York, the project was still a few months away from occupancy. The second time we visited, work hadn't started on the townhomes part of the project. But when we spent some time on site last week, there were big changes to be seen! See the evidence below.
The finishing touches are almost done in all of the amenity space. We're just finishing the exits to get up to code and once that happens we'll be officially opening them up.
The pool area is now fully completed (check out what it looked like back in April).
There are a few minor finishing touches to complete before opening everything up.
The concierge area is all done, complete with water feature.
Residents will be able to enjoy the party room, exercise room, pool, media room and golf simulator.
The next aesthetic step is to finish landscaping on and around the property. That glass structure in the image is the swimming pool skylight.
Work is well underway on the 41 townhome units at the North end of the site.
Foundations are going in and we will be doing slab on grade prior to framing in the next few weeks.
After framing comes the stucco and interior work.
Our crew is busy finishing the last couple of floors on Tower 2 of the project and working on getting some suites staged for sale. The sales office is set for demolition soon to allow for landscaping to be finished. Both towers are under occupancy and looking well! For a full album of pictures, click here.
